Contract A: West Promenade - 'Phase 1'

The work to the west promenade incorporates many new design elements whilst also improving the existing landscape.

Contract B: Metropole Lawn, The Colonnade and Rowing Club - Oct 2010 to Autumn 2011 - 'Phase 2'

Provision of a new terraced open space, a fully refurbished Colonnade including kiosks and a new Rowing Club building in this stage of the Next Wave project.

The conceptual proposals displayed are a development of the master planning work that has been underway since 2002. The key proposals of the new masterplan are illustrated here.
