HTA is an internationally renowned design consultancy with award winning architects and landscape architects. Appointed as lead consultant to the scheme HTA has brought together a high calibre team of sub-consultants to take the project through to completion. The design vision will be provided by Stanton Williams and HTA Landscape working collaboratively together to create a dramatic as well as functional seafront experience. Founded in 1974 as a practice of consulting engineers the scope of work has encompassed urban design, masterplanning, transport and civil and structural engineering. Ian Sayer & Co will provide quantity surveying and cost consultant expertise on the project. The practice was formed in 1984 and is currently working on the Clapham Estate Regeneration Project. The company was a winner of the BURA Best Practice in Regeneration Award 2004.
